Life is hectic enough that finding the perfect fit seems like a second job but guess what? Breathhh. Just leave it up to us to make our silk treasures, fit you. After every order, we'll send you our MADE to MEASURE FORM to fill out. If we don't receive a filled form within 3 days, we'll assume you opted out and we'll make your order according to the sizing you picked out. If you choose to fill it out, then we'll make sure to tweak the pattern to fit you even better.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, or American Express. Love-PILLOWBOOK.com is supported by SquareSpace.com which provides a billing software through Stripe.com. This payment service is developed to make it easy for you to process credit and debit card payments online while securing the respect, privacy and protection you deserve.
orders + delivery
Your orders will be packaged for delivery within 48 hours if and when the item is available in stock. Most of our items are made-to-order to support ethical consumerism so please allow 20-25 business days for creation and 5-10 more for custom color orders. This is to ensure your treasure is created with quality and lots of love it deserves. Like all great things, it's worth the wait.
Creation will commence as soon as full payment is received and you will be notified through the email address you provided. Another email will be sent to announce the completion of your treasure. If under any unfortunate circumstance should you like to cancel an order anytime before delivery, we will be truly sad and sorry however, a 50% fee of the total amount is non-refundable. This is to cover the material and labor costs already consumed.
returns + exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if not, we will try our best to put that enchanting smile back on you. Thus, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original packaging with all labels intact and accompanied with its original receipt or invoice. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving goods so please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to hear from you. Returned items can not be worn, washed, used, opened or altered in any way to be approved for exchange. If a returned item does not arrive in it’s original condition, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no exchanges or store credit will be honored. Items purchased with a discount or sale cannot be accepted for exchange. Customized, personalized, monogrammed and engraved items will not be accepted for exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect. Made-to-Measure and Ultimate Bespoke will not be authorized for exchange or credit. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any underwear, hosiery, bodysuits or adhesive products. Returned items without its original receipt or invoice cannot be eligible for exchange or store credit. We will not refund any shipping charges associated with returned items and there will be an additional shipping charge for exchanged merchandise.
Exchanges can be made on any new items equivalent or lesser than the exchange amount. Contact us for a return form to complete and clearly list the details of the exchange that you are requesting. If the item that you are requesting is valued more than your credit, your original payment method will be used to pay the difference. If the item that you are requesting is valued lower than your credit, the outstanding credit will be retained for future redemption. There is no expiration on store credit.
